At Learn AI Digital, we strive to provide high-quality AI and Digital Marketing training programs. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any course or service.

Course Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
• No certificate has been issued.
• No one-on-one mentoring sessions have been attended.

If these conditions are met, your refund request will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

• Live online training sessions after the first session has been attended.
• One-on-one coaching or consulting services.
• Downloadable digital resources.
• AI tools, software licenses, or subscriptions.
• Customized training programs.
• Corporate training packages.
• Completed certification programs.
• Renewal fees or subscription payments.

Self-Paced Courses

For self-paced courses, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that significant course content has not been accessed.

Live Training Programs

Seats reserved for live training are limited. Once a batch begins, refunds are generally not available. If Learn AI Digital cancels a scheduled batch, participants may choose either:

• A full refund, or
• Enrollment in the next available batch.

Subscription Plans

If you subscribe to any recurring membership or learning plan:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation will stop future billing.
• Payments already made are non-refundable.

Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

• Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• Order ID
• Payment Receipt
• Reason for Refund Request

Each request will be reviewed individually.

Refund Timeline

Once approved:

• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Course Transfers

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may allow you to transfer your enrollment to another eligible course or upcoming batch, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Learn AI Digital

If a course is cancelled by Learn AI Digital due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive either:

• A full refund, or
• The option to join another available batch at no additional cost.

Learn AI Digital reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
